Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PerUnit service operated by Tidyrise (OPC) Private Limited (“Tidyrise”, “we”, “our”), a company registered in India and operating as PerUnit. By accessing or using PerUnit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service description
PerUnit provides AI cost attribution software for companies building AI-powered products. The service connects to your AI provider accounts (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and billing system (Stripe) to compute and display cost-per-customer, cost-by-feature, and margin analytics.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization to use PerUnit. By using the service, you represent that these conditions are met.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys or credentials you provide to PerUnit
- Ensuring you have the right to share data from your AI providers and billing systems with PerUnit
- All activity that occurs under your account
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PerUnit to process data you do not have permission to access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
- Use the service in a manner that violates applicable law
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
Billing and payment
Early access pricing is $99/month, billed monthly. We will not begin billing until your account is live and you have confirmed the integration is working to your satisfaction. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, but we will work with you on a case-by-case basis if you encounter a problem.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to PerUnit. We do not claim any rights to your customer data, usage events, or revenue data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and protected.
Uptime and support
During early access, PerUnit does not guarantee a specific uptime SLA. We commit to responding to support requests at privacy@perunit.ai within one business day.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerUnit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PerUnit in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. PerUnit may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, we will provide a data export and delete your data within 30 days.
Changes to these Terms
We will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
