Tidyrise (OPC) Private Limited (“Tidyrise”, “we”, “our”), operating as PerUnit, operates the website and service at perunit.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a customer or visitor.

What we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide AI cost attribution. This includes:
- Account information: Your work email address and company name, provided when you join the waitlist or sign up.
- AI usage events: Token counts, model names, cost values, timestamps, and the identifiers you provide — such as customer ID, feature name, and pricing tier. We do not collect prompt text or AI completions.
- Billing data: Revenue and subscription data from Stripe, accessed via Stripe’s official API with your authorization. We store only the fields required to compute cost-to-revenue ratios.
- Usage analytics: Anonymous page views and feature usage data via Vercel Analytics, used to improve the product.
What we do not collect
- AI prompt text or model completions (message content)
- Personally identifiable information about your end-users
- Payment card numbers or sensitive Stripe credentials (handled directly by Stripe)
How we use your data
We use collected data to:
- Compute and display AI cost attribution by customer, feature, and tier
- Generate unit economics views and reports within the PerUnit dashboard
- Send transactional emails related to your account (onboarding, alerts)
- Improve the PerUnit product and diagnose technical issues
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Data storage and security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, and encrypted at rest. API credentials (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe) are stored using envelope encryption and are never logged or exposed in plaintext. Access to production systems is restricted to PerUnit engineers with a documented need.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@perunit.ai.
Third-party services
PerUnit uses the following sub-processors:
- Stripe — billing and subscription management
- Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@perunit.ai.
Changes to this policy
We will notify customers of material changes to this policy via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
